- You are an authorised employee of the company/business.
- Requesting same day IT Support/Help will cost extra.
- Priority and responses are for Business Days and Hours Monday-Friday.
- After hours Monday-Friday after 5 PM, incl Sat/Sun.
- Work for third party, suppliers & vendors will cost extra
- Third Party examples are but not limited too Telstra, Optus, TPG,
and also Myob, Microsoft, HP, Dell, IBM, Apple and Contactors.
